The nose has a left and a right side. We use both to inhale and exhale. Actually they are different. You can feel the difference. The right side represents energy and the left side represents peace.

The right side is where the energy or heat is. The left side is where the cool is.

Women generally breathe with their left noses, so they get calmer faster. Men usually breathe with their right noses thus gets fired up easily.

Breathing Therapy to help you Relax

Try and do this test tomorrow morning. When you awake in the morning, which side of your nose breath faster? If it is the left side, then you are likely to feel tired. Breath with your right nose and you'll quickly be refreshed.
