This is now officially the tallest building in the world. It stands at 828 meters tall with 200 stroreys. It is almost twice the height of Malaysia's Petronas Towers. It is named after the King of Abu Dhabi who bailed out the building owners financially in 2009.

During the official opening ceremony on Monday, thousand of onlookers and guest stood at awe with a grand water and light show and welcomed the Burj towers to the city.

The Burj will have luxury apartments and offices in addition to the hotel designed by Giogio Armani. The building cost approximately $22 billion to build. And according to press sources, about 90% of the building have been sold. It will open its doors to the public next month. Be the first to book your holiday here.
