Wooden Box
This wooden box was used to keep clothes and fragrant flowers would be added. The box is made from merbau-wood (ironwood) and sides are carved with attractive sunflower patterns. On the top is carved an excerpt from the Quran - verse 31 from the chapter of Al-Imran. The age of the box is estimated at 100 years old.

Door Panel with Verses (150 - 200 years old)
This door panel is made of teak, beautifully carved with a motif of small flowers and gilded. The upper part of the panel and the middle are carved with verses from the Holy Quran in Arabic calligraphy.
Vest with Verses (100 years old)
This garment was worn as an undershirt intended to safeguard the wearer in battle. Made of red silk, it is inscribed on the front with verses from the Quran.
Wood Carved with Islamic Calligraphy (50 to 80 years old)
Wooden panel carved with sentences from the Quran to decorate a surau (Muslim chapel).
