Muzium Negara Malaysia Gallery C (early 1500s - mid 1900s)
As you enter Gallery C of Muzium Negara you will be able to trace the rise and fall of the different European powers. Starting with the arrival of the Portuguese, followed by the Dutch and then the British. There is also the period during the 2nd World War when Malaysia was occupied Japanese.
From spice to tin to rubber. From coffee, pepper, gambier to coconut to paddy.
